Accessibility

The exhibition rooms of the Dornier Museum were designed to be fully accessible. Animals are prohibited inside the museum, with the exception of seeing eye dogs upon presentation of the relevant ID.

Combined ticket with the Zeppelin Museum

The Dornier Museum Friedrichshafen has partnered with the Zeppelin Museum Friedrichshafen to offer a combined ticket to aviation enthusiasts. Within seven days, you can use the ticket to visit the two historically interwoven museums for an economical flat fee.

Take a catamaran to the Dornier Museum

It’s both easy and inexpensive to take a catamaran to the Dornier Museum. The CAT combined ticket includes your trip to and from the museum by catamaran, the rides to and from the airport stop with the Bodensee Oberschwaben Bahn train service, and admission to the museum. The ticket is available at catamaran ticket machines and in the catamaran office at Konstanz Harbour.

The catamaran connects the cities of Konstanz and Friedrichshafen every day from 6:02/8:02 a.m. - 7:02 p.m. (Mon.-Fri./Sat.) or 9:02 a.m. - 6:02 p.m. (Sun./holidays) every hour. Time: 52 minutes. From the harbour, you can take the Bodensee Oberschwaben Bahn train service directly to the airport in Friedrichshafen.
